If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund. You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased on threebearsemporium.com in accordance with the terms below:
A return authorization must be requested within 14 days of your date of delivery. You must contact us at email@example.com to request and receive a Return Authorisation (RA).
The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
Once an RA is received please return the item and email us back with the RA and the tracking # so we can track your return. Please be advised to return the product with tracked and/or signed for shipping to ensure safe delivery.
You must return the product to the address provided at your own expense within 14 days of receipt of the RA to receive a refund.
Returned Product(s) must be in original condition and original packaging. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
Additional terms and conditions:
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to threebearsemporium.com.
If you return Product to threebearsemporium.com (a) without a return authorization from threebearsemporium.com or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, threebearsemporium.com retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 30% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
If the product is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition, threebearsemporium.com retains the right to charge you a 30% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the cost of labor and repackaging a product that is found to be in good condition.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Amendment of orders already placed
You may amend any order while it is still during the processing period but once orders have been dispatched amendments can not be made. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request any changes.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com .
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Item(s) Damaged on Arrival (if applicable)
If you receive a damaged product you should notify us in writing with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Contact Us using our contact page.
In the event the damaged goods are to be returned, once we have received the goods we will examine the goods for the damage. If the damage is verified, we will replace the item within 3 working days at no additional cost to you and you will be reimbursed for any reasonable carriage charge incurred by the return.
If the goods you have returned are found not damaged, you will be notified in writing. You will receive a refund or an offer of a replacement for the original goods, however we will ask you to cover the delivery charges, and no return delivery charges will be refunded.
All products have a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty period from the date the goods were delivered (unless otherwise stated and excluding consumables).
Note:- The warranty does not cover you for any defects in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with its intended use. Consumable items, (e.g. batteries) are not covered for replacement during ‘normal’ use.
Return of Faulty Item(s)
If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the item in writing via our contact page.
We do not cover faults caused by accidents, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Consumable items, such as non-rechargeable batteries will be replaced if found to be inoperative on delivery, consumable items, (e.g batteries) are not covered for replacement during ‘normal’ use.
Photographic evidence is required to show proof of faults.
We will check products returned as faulty. If the fault is verified, we will replace the item within 5 working days at no additional cost to you and you will be reimbursed for any reasonable carriage costs incurred by the return.
If the goods you have returned are found not to be faulty, you will be notified in writing. You will receive a refund or an offer of a replacement for the original goods, however we will ask you to cover the delivery charges, and no return delivery charges will be refunded.
Non- Delivery of Item(s)
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, you have 21 days from when you purchased the item to report it missing to us. Orders over this time period will not be refunded or replaced.
Upon investigation with the relevant delivery service an offer for a replacement or full refund will be issued.
Wrong Item(s) Delivered
If, by mistake you are sent the incorrect item, you must notify us within 30 days with photographic evidence that the item is incorrect. The items should be returned per our instructions and ones we have received the item or you send proof of postage, the correct item will be shipped out within 2 working days and you will be reimbursed for any reasonable carriage charge incurred.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
