Shipping is calculated based on weight (kg):
|ZONE 1: United Kingdom and Northern Ireland|
Free Shipping is available on all UK orders over £25.
Standard UK shipping takes 3-5 working days for delivery.
Expressed Shipping is for tracked next day delivery when ordered before 12pm.
Small Parcels under 1kg are shipped with no tracking via Royal Mail and packages over 1kg are shipped with tracking via a courier.

International shipping to zones 4, 5 and 8 are sent with DHL Packet Plus- Unfortunately we are unable to send liquids via DHL Packet Plus as they are dangerous goods, therefore we can not send products such as essential oils, fragrance oil etc via air. We can only offer road shipping for dangerous good. Please contact for more information.
The customer is responsible for any import duties that may apply to the shipped country.
We aim to dispatch orders with 1-2 working days. Please note that during high seasons (Oct-Dec) dispatch may take 3-4 working days.
Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled NOT once the order has been placed.
Delivery will be made to the address specified through out our checkout when you complete your order.
If the wrong postal code is given, then only the item will be refunded not the postal cost and if you wish to reorder the items then the postal cost will have to be paid again.
Please ensure you provide a delivery address, where someone will be available to receive the delivery between 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. If the couriers are unable to complete a delivery due to nobody being present, a calling card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange a re-delivery. If you do not contact the couriers within 2 days of receiving this card, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge may be applicable to your order.
In the case of express deliveries, if the goods are not received in 1-2 working days please contact us immediately as after 4 working days of despatch, the courier may return the goods to our depot. In the event of re-despatching the goods or in the event of redirection further charges may apply. In the event of charges applying, they will be the same as those charged for the initial despatch.
