Can I get a refund?
Of course! If you have changed your mind we are happy to refund your order. Our refund policy lasts for 21 days from the date of purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return your order to us within the 21 day period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For authorised returns, please pack the product carefully in our original packing to avoid damage in transit. Note: All orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
As the buyer you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Until delivery of the item has been confirm with us you will be responsible for the item. We advise you use a tracked delivery service.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, along with a 25% restocking fee.
To complete your return, we require an order confirmation as proof of purchase.
You should only return an item to us once you have contacted us first at hello@threebearsemporium.com . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please note it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of ordering.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Given the nature of the products we do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
