This will be delivered to your home on a board backed envelope for protection.
You will receive the letter/ certificate flat ready for you to read over and place in the personalised kraft brown envelope provided.
All are printed onto 170gsm brown kraft card.

No. We typically send our gifts directly to the recipient and do not include invoices. If you require an invoice, kindly reach out to us at threebearsemporium@gmail.com and we will be glad to assist.
Our standard / free delivery takes 2-4 working days from dispatch, with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and our express delivery takes 1-2 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 24.
We also offer Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm.

Yes, all orders are sent using a fully tracked delivery service. Allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your order. GPS and photographic proof of delivery are available with the tracking number, incase the item has been left in a safe place.
