Hi! We're Three Bears Emporium, a small family run business based in the heart of Tyne and Wear. We started out in 2020, creating gift boxes for all occasions.

Since we started operating in 2020, we have sold over 37000 gift boxes to thousands of happy customers. Do You Send An Invoice With My Gift Box!

No. We typically send our gifts directly to the recipient and do not include invoices. If you require an invoice, kindly reach out to us at threebearsemporium@gmail.com and we will be glad to assist.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Our standard / free delivery takes 2-4 working days from dispatch, with Tracked 48 and our express delivery takes 1-2 working days with Tracked 24.

We also offer Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

Orders placed before 2pm from Monday to Friday will be dispatch the same day and orders placed before 10am on Saturday will be dispatched that day. All other weekend orders will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Can I Send Directly To The Recipient?

Yes, absolutely. When checking out, use the recipient's address as the delivery address and enter your own address under billing address. Always check that you have entered the address correctly and be careful with address autofills saved on your device making unwanted changes.
